How long does my order take to ship?

Hair Ritual is committed to getting all orders out in a timely fashion. All orders will be processed and shipped out in 4 to 10 business days. Hair Ritual is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered and you have not received it, please report to your local authorities.

Do you offer international shipping? 

NO, at the moment Hair Ritual does not offer international shipping. We will offer international shipping in the near future.

What is your return policy? 

If you purchased a product and upon receiving it you changed your mind, you may return it for a refund within 30 days. Contact Hair Ritual by email hairritualllc1@gmail.com for return approval. DO NOT return product without return approval from Hair Ritual. Due to the personalized nature of our products, the product can only be returned if there was an error or defective manufacturing.
